    1: When will my order be processed?

    If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm EST will ship out the same business day. All other orders will ship on the following business day. WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS.

    Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity.

    4: What is your return policy?

    Only items that have been purchased from this website, via phone, or in person orders can be returned according to the following policy.  Once you process your order(s)/transaction(s) with us, you 100% are agreeing to our terms & policies.

    - Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or it may be returned only for EXCHANGE of the valued price of the product (not including shipping).  We DO NOT give refunds.  Only EXCHANGES.  Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.  Customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to our business address and is also responsible for the shipping cost of shipping the product back to you a second time.

    - All returns must be sent back within 35 days of the invoice date.

    - Any returns received within a 90 day period, must be an exchanged ONLY.  Again, we DO NOT do refunds for any reasons.

    - All other returns will be sent back to the customer.

    - All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.

    - If you order a product and the sizing is not to your liking you are free to exchange your product(s); but you are still responsible for 100% of all shipping charges.  (There are 100% no refunds; exchanges only.)

    - Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.

    - Note: ALL gift box items MUST be shipped inside another box or your return will not be accepted. If the gift box is damaged, you will be charged $5.00.

    5: What are your shipping/handling rates?

    All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. Exact prices are not known until you reach the shipping section of your check out process.

    6: I received my order, but one item was missing. What happens now?

    Upon shipment of your order, we will send an Out of Stock Notification via email explaining that one or more items in your order are out of stock, and will not be available for shipment in the foreseeable future.

    If you did not receive an Out of Stock Notification and your shipment does not contain all items ordered please contact our Healthy Customer Service Department at Orders@WealthyMindsOnline.com.

    If your order was not marked as Out of Stock (OOS) an investigation may need to be placed to track the package and check for delivery problems. Please contact our Healthy Customer Service Department to start this investigation.

    **DO NOT throw away your box; the shipping company may need to see it for the investigation.

    International deliveries have a weight restriction; your order may come in several different boxes/deliveries.

    7: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Please remember: All orders placed before 2pm EST (11am PST) will ship out the same day. All orders placed after 2pm EST (11am PST) will ship out the following business day. If your order fits all authorization criteria then your order will ship on time. We do not ship or deliver on weekends and holidays.

    USPS (United States Postal Service) = guaranteed 7 to 10 business days.
